Gather beneath majestic redwoods for an unforgettable multi-course lunch celebrating the best of Hawke’s Bay produce, fine wine, live music, and local flavour.

Dynamic chef duo Conor Mertens and Kate de Lautour, whose creative partnership was forged at the historic Wallingford Homestead, have crafted a menu deeply connected to the land. Between courses, Smith & Sheth will guide guests through an intimate, curated wine tasting.

Blackburn Ridge is a charming country homestead dating to the late 1800s, lovingly renovated to blend historic character with modern comforts. Enjoy a warm farm-style kitchen, cosy fireplace lounge, and a large covered deck with wood-fired hot tub overlooking the Ruahine Ranges.
