Women’s Rest
Join us for festive drinks, nibbles, and mingling and a talk by Dr Chandré Honeth of EIT on her viticulture research — a perfect way to celebrate the end of the year.
The talk will explore Albariño, a drought and disease tolerant white wine grape showing strong potential for New Zealand’s changing climate. Dr Honeth will share findings on how canopy-management practices, particularly leaf removal, influence Albariño grape and wine quality. She will also discuss insights into using deficit irrigation to enhance Syrah quality in Hawke’s Bay.
